1. Shipping Locations
- We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- All order will be delivered within 3–5 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹549.
- A nominal shipping charge of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹549.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not eligible for the 5% discount.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.
- You can track your shipment directly through our website or the courier partner’s portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel.
- After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-delivery may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it.
