Shipping Policy

At Pavona Ratna, we strive to deliver your favorite jewelry safely and on time. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across India.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • All order will be delivered within 3–5 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹549.
  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹549.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not eligible for the 5% discount.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.
  • You can track your shipment directly through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will make up to two attempts to deliver your parcel.
  • After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-delivery may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it. Inform our customer care immediately at cutomercare@pavonaratna.com so we can investigate and assist you with a replacement.
