Return & Exchnage Policy

At Pavona Ratna, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering our products to you and ensure that each item is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Video Proof: Video proof is mandatory while unboxing and must be provided to process any return request.
  • Damage: Once damage order is return and approved then order will be delivered in 7 days.
  • If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.
  • Return& Exchange: Return Should be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
  • Refund Policy: If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
  • Item must be **unused**, **undamaged**, and in **original packaging** with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase / invoice must be included with return.
  • Customized or engraved items are **not eligible** for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, perfume, or water exposure.
  • Products without original packaging or missing components.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at cutomercare@pavonaratna.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping address or arrange pickup if applicable.
  4. After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product category or similar value item.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases where you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will initiate a replacement or full refund after verification.
